Project description

Optimise trade-offs. Understand risk-cost-benefits of management interventions and identify options that are both cost-effective and socially achievable.

‘Winning against wildings’
– funded by Ministry for Business and Innovation

Research team lead: Pike Brown

Specific research topics

Review the costs and benefits of major management interventions, including where we’re at with current management efforts.

The new spray and cloning technologies that we are developing will be assessed using focus groups of end users and surveys of local stakeholders. This will help identify what treatments are both cost-effective and socially achievable
